Tariff Policy

  • Room Only (EP): Guests pay for the room only, without any meals included.
  • Room With Breakfast (CP): Includes accommodation with breakfast provided.
  • Room With Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner (MAP): Accommodation includes breakfast along with either lunch or dinner.
  • Room With Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner (AP): Comprehensive package that includes all meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Check-In and Check-Out Time

  • Check-In Time: 2 PM
  • Check-Out Time: 11 AM
  • Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Child Age Policy

  • Children Under 5 Years: Up to two children can stay free of charge when sharing a parent's room.
  • Children Aged 6 to 11 Years:
    • ₹1,500 per child per night (bed and breakfast basis) with an extra bed.
    • ₹1,000 per child per night without an extra bed.
  • Children Over 12 Years: Considered adults; charged at ₹2,500 per night for the CPAI package (includes breakfast and extra bed).
  • Room Occupancy: Maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children per room. Extra bed availability is subject to hotel capacity.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation 30 Days Before Arrival: 90% refund.
  • Cancellation Within 30 Days of Arrival: No refund provided.
  • Last-Minute Cancellation (Within 24 Hours): The full amount will be charged.
  • Peak Season Cancellation (Dec 20, 2024 - Jan 10, 2025): No refunds or credits for cancellations or amendments during this period.

General Policies:

  • Amendments: Any amendments to the booking may be subject to additional charges.
  • Payment Policy: Full payment may be required at the time of booking or check-in, depending on the rate plan.
  • Liability: The hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • Behaviour Policy: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests or staff.

Pet Policies:

  • Pet Fee: A fee of INR 1,000 + 12% taxes per pet, per night is applicable to maintain cleanliness and comfort.
  • Meal Options for Pets:We offer meal services for your pets upon request for an additional fee, ensuring their dietary needs are well-catered for.
  • Health Compliance: To guarantee a safe atmosphere for all guests, pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and in good health during their visit.
  • Supervision Requirements: Guests are responsible for supervising their pets at all times to ensure a respectful and harmonious experience for everyone on the premises.
